Personnel

Bill Barclay BE (Civil) BTP MIPENZ MNZPI CPEng is principal of the practice. He has degrees in civil engineering and town planning, and has over 30 years' experience in traffic, roading and general civil engineering. He holds a Road Safety Engineering Certificate and is an accredited Site Traffic Management Supervisor for temporary traffic management. Before establishing the practice in 1996 he was a traffic engineer with the Hutt City Council.
